SIR, A BANK DEDUCTED MY TDS FOR FY 2011-12 AND 2012-13 AND DEPOSITED THE SAME WITHOUT PAN. NOW BANK HAS REVISED ITS RETURN AND TDS IS SHOWING IN MY 26 AS. PLEASE GUIDE HOW TO GET REFUND.

you must file itr but for fy 11-12 the last date was 31.3.2014 and for fy 12-13 the last date as per sec 139(4) is 31.3.2015.
so for getting refund for 11-12 u need to now apply to cbdt u/s 119(2)b after taking prior approval from jurisdicitonal cit

I had filed return0n 23rJan2013. But it does not allow me to rectify return for the said period I.e fy 2011_122. Plz guide

it wont be allowed since u have filed belated return which cannot be revised.

Thanks sir for the reply. This means I have now to apply for refund from cit. Is there any form for that or a normal application would do?

Also advise if TDs deducted @20% without pan can be claimed or not

there is no seperate form for claiming tds and if u dont have chargeable income then tds can be claimed refund only by filling itr.
