10 December 2014 Hello Friends

My Client Father has expired in 2012

His father doesnot have PAN Card

in 2011 Haryana Government gas deducted Rs eight lacs as TDS.

He had not filed any Income Tax Return

Now please suggest how to claim TDS of eight lacs of the person who had expired and does not have PAN Number.

Matter is urgent & your suggestions will be very handful.

10 December 2014 the time to file return has already elapsed under sec 139(4) so try to file a petition u/s 119(2)b
