Dear Sir
My friend was a contractor in a sugar mill
in 2008-09 company was deduted his tds rs.15000.00 but he was not claim this tds till day my question is can he claim the previous year tds in current year and what is the procedure for that.

tds for 2008-09 will claim in the same year.
but after that year you can not calim the tds.
