Is it mandatory to submit return file with in due date to get back the tds return.
Actually i did not submit the return for the AY-10-11. now if i submit the return for the same could i get back my TDS return.

1) what is the reason to belive that your TDS so deducted is refundable? as it was deducted on exceeding the limit only.
2) if you belive that its refundable then what was the reason for non filing of return within time?
if you have reasons for above then submit return, but sec 271 may get applicable for belated return.
