Dear Preeti,
Rate of TDS: 10% + surcharge (if applicable) + 2% Education Cess + 1% SHEC.
in refrence to which section you want to know about BSNL Ltd. If it is for 194J, then I believe not a famous case law in regards to this section.
But their is a amendment in 2007 for brokerage payable to BSNL.
