Tds rate on common area maintenance

12 October 2013 Hello Team, Could some help me with allowable TDS rate on Common area maintenance charges collected from licensees for letting out space for retail outlets. Some licensees are deducting @10% and some are deducting @2%. Please advice. Thanks for your help in advance. Best regards
