Can any one tell me what will be the consequence for not filing declaration of NIl TDS Return.As my Client is TAN Holder but is not filing TDS Return since from last 5 years. .. Do I need to file them???

You will get notices for non filing of return. So to avoid this it is better to submit online declaration for non filing of TDS return.

From now onward start submitting online declaration for non filing of Statement.
