04 February 2009 I have a TDS certificate in the name of "President, Water Users Association , Tarimela,Anantapur dist.Issued by Executive Engineer HLC (Div) Anantapur.

i Have no idea how to file this certificate as it is issued in the name of President W.U.A. Pls Help me out in this query.

04 February 2009 If water users association is an assessee they have to file their Income Tax return and claim credit for the TDS amount. if they are not take PAN card and do the rest as mentioned above.
