Tds online correction

Sir in TDS online Challan correction KYC details are not validating it is showing " Challan details entered by you corresponding to the statement mentioned above are not valid ". (This statement contains 2 Challans, both are unmatched and status showing Unclaimed). I'am not able to register DSC also because of incorrect challan details.
Please help me how can i make correction.
It is possible to make manual correction through submitting request to the department,
if it is possible please tell me what is the procedure.
Challan details entered at the time TDS Filing that is lost, I have original Challan details, Original challan details are matched in NSDL website(Challan status Query Tax payer)
for KYC validation which details is required, Original details or details entered at the time of Filing.

firstly, you have to check the challan detail filled by you due to some mistake is exist.
