TDS on Withdrawl from PF trust

The company i an working with have PF Trust. I understand that withdrawl from PF before completing 5 years of Service is subjected to TDS. Could any body please let me know at what rate the TDS would be deducted and under what section. Kindly Help.

Section is 192(4) read with Part A of Fourth Schedule of The Income Tax Act,1961.
