28 January 2015 tds will not be deducted on servie tax portion as per circular no 1/2014

29 January 2015 what ok? already ans excluding srevice tax so 10,000 +1250 =11,250

29 January 2015 but as per invoice there are three amount 1)amount of goods 10,000
2)vat 1,250
3)service part 10,000

then amount subject to tds 21250

then tds =21250*(1%/2% as the case may be )

01 February 2015 TDS to be deducted only on Service Part of Rsc 10000/-. No TDS on Value of Goods, VAT and Service Tax amount.Deduct TDS on Rs 10000/-. Hope it is clearer now.
