I AM NRI AT USA (KELIFORNIA) I AM GETTING RENT ON MY PROPERTY AT GURGAON WHAT IS THE TDS RATE APPLICABLE ON MY RENTAL INCOME

The rate shall be 30.9% if the rent is less than 1 crore.
Also the rental income shall be taxable both in India and USA and USA shall give credit for TDS deducted in India.
Also you can remit the whole rent received after TDS from your NRO account.
