TDS on Uniform Purchase

We had purchased 150 pairs of staff uniform from Raymond stores they added MVAT in the bills, they also made embroidery of our company name and company logo on the uniform as per our order. I want to know that weather I have to deduct TDS on this bills. pl. advise
