TDS on transporters

As per provisions, no tax is to be deducted at source, if transporter provides PAN.
But is this information to be submitted to income tax department? In which format? What's the prescribed time limit?

in case of payment to transporters with PAN where TDS was exempted, you have to file tds return with all details except TDS amount
