Tds on transportation charges paid

Please let me know the procedure of tds transportation charges paid....is there any specific form(like 15g,15h) for transportation charges paid,which is to be submitted in I.T office....contractor is having PAN.....

If PAN is furnished no TDS required to be deducted. In the return you just need to select the transporter flag.
