Hello sir i want to know time limit for payment of tds on sale of property also fine or penalty on delay of payment.

u/s 194IA if you buy immovable property exceeds Rs. 50 lacs then you have to dedcut the TDS@1% onf the value and you can deposit the same upto last date of the next month in which you deduct the tds otherwise intt will @1.5% per mon th from the month of deduction of TDS.
