We have taken Investment Declaration from Employees. Some Employees are not responsible for Tax. Now what is Companies Liability? Are we responsible to Collect documents from Employee?

If Salary without deduction is below taxable limit then you are not required to collect the documents but if below taxable limit after various deductions then you shall obtain the documents and keep the same in your records.
