While calculating TDs from Salry, besides Income From Salary what other sources of Income needs to be considered ???

As in if i m not wrong Short term / Long term Gain and Casual Winnings are not considered while calculating TDS from Salary.
But i m little confused.
If possible pls specify the exact rule.
