What is a TDS amount to be deducted when taxable salary works out to rupees 2,10,000 When employee do not have PAN for the assessement year 2013-14

You have to deduct @20 % on 210000 before giving basic exemption.

our tax consultant has advised that 20% would be applicable after applying threshold limits of Rs. 2,00,000..
