Hello!
We are paying warehousing charges to CWC (party) on which we are deducting TDS u/s 194I.
Apart from that we are also paying fumigation charges on the basis of bill raised by the party on which we are deducting TDS u/s 194C.
Whether payment to party on account of fumigation expenses is covered u/s 194I or 194C?
