Total Rent I have to pay to the Landlord is 29000/- which is 348000 p.a. My land lord want me to add 2 names in
Rent Agreement and want me to pay 14500 pm to each vendor. So that TDS limit is not crossed. So can it be done or I should advise him to make two separate agreements???? Please reply urgently..

for issuing payment in 2 different name basically property to be owned by those 2 people. Then the TDS will not be applicalbe.
