TDS on reimbursement of expenses

16 June 2010 In our business scenario (Ad agency) employees use their personal credit card to purchase photographs/images and some softwares online and use them in executing their job.Later the company will reimburse those expenses based on bill presented.

My question is whether TDS attracts to such payments or not?
