I have purchased property for 1.26 Cr. I have deducted TDS of Rs. 1,26,000 @ 1%. How should i deposit the same to Government. Which Challan to be used?

log on to www.tin-nsdl.com and under tds on sale of property fill up form 26QB which is tds certificate cum challan and submit it to seller.
