20 May 2010 Dear Experts,

In earlier tax provisions, no tax deduction at source on services given by the individual Advocates/Vakils.

As per the new provisions of the income tax, I would like to know the TDS rate on services provided by individual advocates/vakils to the limited comapanies/firms.HUF.
