hey, will tds be deducted in case of payment to an organisation namely SS enterprises for supplying newspaper in school? There is no specific contract with them. Bill for the newspaper has been prepared under Hindustan times letter head and ht media has asked to issue a cheque in favour of "ss enterprises" Please suggest
