Tds on payment made to rented gym services

28 April 2019 Is TDS under section 194I application on rent paid to Gym Building Owner paid by Gym Service Provider as Tenant.
Monthly Rent is Rs. 200000.00

Please advise......

29 April 2019 IF Gym owner files in return U/s 44AD then TDS is not applicable but other wise TDS is applicable.
