How to make TDS deductions for payment made through online portals for online services and where unless we dont pay the full amount the transaction isnt processed

then u can first pay it on thier behalf and later can take the reimbursement by taking the tds certificate in form 16A,

YOU HAVE TO TALK WITH THE PARTY REGARDING THE TDS AMOUNT. THEN YOU CAN GET THE CHEQUE OF TDS AMOUNT OR THEY ACCEPT THE LOWER AMOUNT.

You need to Deduct TDS, either Paying amount as Net Amt and pay differential as TDS Amt to Govt. or Speak with Online portal Customer Care
