25 December 2014 then u can first pay it on thier behalf and later can take the reimbursement by taking the tds certificate in form 16A,

25 December 2014 YOU HAVE TO TALK WITH THE PARTY REGARDING THE TDS AMOUNT. THEN YOU CAN GET THE CHEQUE OF TDS AMOUNT OR THEY ACCEPT THE LOWER AMOUNT.

28 December 2014 You need to Deduct TDS, either Paying amount as Net Amt and pay differential as TDS Amt to Govt. or Speak with Online portal Customer Care
