Tds on maintenance charges of office building

The said Association is raising invoice along with photocopy of their vouchers. The expenses includes electricity charges(actual and supported by electricity company bill), night guard and sweepers salary and maintenance charges of lift etc. (we have not verified their Account for salary and maintenance charges actually they are making payment or not?)
The Total yearly expenditure would be Rs.124000/- .
