Hi,
Please let me know if tds is to be deducted on installation charges on Air Conditioners. If yes then at what rate and under which secion it is to be remitted?

Also see the threshold limit...
Rs.30000/- Single Bill
Rs. 75000/- Annual Payment
TDS to be deducted only on crossing these limits. In case PAN is not provided deduct TDS @ penal rate of 20%.
