Tds on hospital bills reimbursed to employee.

HI,
I want to know if TDS has be deducted on reimbursement of hospital bill by employee?
.In the instant one of our employee got hospitalised and paid Rs. 1 lakh to the hospital directly, now he is seeking reimbursement of these payment (which is allowable as per policy). Now my problem is how to deduct TDS u/s 194J on hospital ,since the payment is already made by employee to hospital. Please help.

As it is reimbursement to employee, it is to be taken under perquisites.
