TDS in GST is presently deferred.

TDS on contract is 1%(for Individuals, Huf ) & 2%(Others) as per income tax act
Or
1% as per GST(2,50,000 LIMIT)
Which Provision is applicable to present regime

Income tax TDS provision applicable now. In addition to this GST TDS Will be applicable from a future date.
