i have querry regarding tds on freight. how i can judge or decide that which rate of tds deducted on bill of courier/freight. some companies are registered under service tax on basis of freight/ cargo but also provide service of courier. please solve the problem.

So, You Can Take as Any Service, No difference.
Since TDS Need to Deduct in Every Case u/s 194C Only.
Only GTA, No Need to Deduct TDS, & That is Not Your Case.
