Can anybody confirm the rate of TDS for Security Services (amount more than 70k pa) for Proprietorship concern.

29 January 2011 TDS exempt under sec 194 C upto 75000 P.A. after that individual/HUF @1%tds applicable . in other case 2%TDS Applicable. if pan not available TDS@20% will be deduct.
