Can anybody confirm the rate of TDS for Security Services (amount more than 70k pa) for Proprietorship concern.

Nil : If single payment is Less than Rs. 30000/- and expected payment during the Financial year is Less than Rs. 75000/-

1% TDS to be Deducted

TDS exempt under sec 194 C upto 75000 P.A. after that individual/HUF @1%tds applicable . in other case 2%TDS Applicable. if pan not available TDS@20% will be deduct.

i just wanted to know what the TDS rate for proprietorship concern (whether he is considered as individual or not).ie he is having the security services(proprietor) and providing security services to various companies.
