WE ARE RECEIVING BILLT OF TRANSPORTER BUT WE ARE PAYING TO DRIVER/OWNERS OF TRUCK. SO AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT. PAN OF WHOM WHETHER TRANSPORTER OR TRUCK DRIVER/OWNER TO BE COLLECTED.

18 February 2015 Dear Sanjay Ji,
we are receiving billt of transporter and we are paying amount to individual Truck Owner. As per Tushar Ji we need only pan of Transporter.
Please Clarify. Logically it should be of Transporter. because we are paying to drivers also on behalf of transporter.
Example Bill t of ARC LTD.
Payment Made to Dharmendra Singh Truck Driver. Amount RS 6000

18 February 2015 You must be paying in cash? You need the PAN of transporter since the bill is raised by transporter.
