Dear Sir :
We are exporting our materials to France and the agent person for this consignment is NRI in france. A certain percent is to be paid to him for his service ie. commission. and we receive the payment from the overseas buyer after deducting commission for him.
Kindly advice me whether TDS applicable for this commission

Sorry. I disagree.
No TDS shall be applicable on export commission paid. as the same is not accrued or arise in India.
