hello sirs n madams
my query is;if transaction value on immovable property is more than rs.50 lakhs
but exemption of capital gain u/s 54 EC is to be availed, then TDS @ 1% is liable to be deducted?

irrespective of exemption , TDS IS TO BE DEDUCTED COMPULSORY.

tds to be deducted u/s 194IA its on sale value not on the profit.
