I want to ask that whether TDS on Clearing & Forwading Commission is to be deducted on Full amount of bill or commission ( plz give sum Referance 2 represent 2 ITO as record)

TDS is to be deducted on the value of the services provided by him.
In case are reimbursing some expenses, then you should ask him to provide a seperate bill for those expenses and no tds would be deductible on the same.
