Hello everyone,
can u please advice me regarding the applicability of TDS on additional warranty purchased for laptops for period of 3 years. If so what percentage should be deducted.

If it is free service then no TDS. and if Chargeable & crosses the limit u/s 194C then deduct 1% Individual/HUF and 2%on others.
Limit - 35K single payment and 75K annually.
