Tds on 24q

02 September 2014 sir for fy 12-13 we have given salary to director 800000 and deducted tds 50000 and we have not filed tds return 24q till today and we have paid 750000 to director through bank in fy 14-15 so account closed but now credit of 50000 is not shown in 26AS.
so now to get credit we can file 24q but if we file today then we will receive notice for late filing with huge amount so please sir,
kindly help how to get credit without receiving notice for late filing or give other way to resolve the matter so that we can get credit..

02 September 2014 in fy 12-13 only journal made but actual bank payment was made on 25-3-14 so.
and we have paid tds to government us 92b with interest but can we file return 26q of tds for getting credit in 26as

please help me what is the best way to avoid late filing penalty?

02 September 2014 If you have filed 24q in first quarter of 2014-15 for other persons, you can file a rectification including this person.
In this case no penalty for late filing will arise.

03 September 2014 but actually sir we have not filed 24q till today and only tds is deducted and deposited us 92b then what should be done so as to show tds amount of tds in 26as????
can we file 26q for this tds??? because we have filed 26q before but in actual return this details was not filed.
