08 May 2010 Dear Sir,

My client have the business of crdit rating of customers of honda who purchased cars on loan from him.

Please explain whether the honda is liable to deduct tds on my client or not.
Plz also state the section under which the same shall be deducted
Plz provide the reliable docs for the same
