PLEASE CONFIRM WHETHER THE TDS OF A MINOR CHILD SHWEN IN THE FORM.26AS OF A MINOR CHILD CAN BE DEDUCTED FROM THE RETURN OF THE PARENT WHO IS CLUBBING THE INCOME OF THE MINOR CHILD.PLEASE REPLY AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

if minor child have no pan then parent PAN number give to Deductor
and if income of minor is Minor talent income then parents will not liable for tax on income of minor.
minor will file separate return .
if it is intt. income or other wise minor talent then include in parents income and they claim TDS
and if income of minor is Minor talent income then parents will not liable for tax on income of minor.
