I have already download Justification report from the said website of Gov.in text format for Q-3 related TDS Statements filed online pertaining F.Y.2013-14.
Noe query is how to open the said report as the same is password protected.
Please reply at the earliest.

The password syntax is JR_TAN_26Q_Q1_2013-14. Here TAN is the ten digit TAN of the Deductor in Capital letters, 26Q for non-salary 24Q for Salary, Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4 for respective Quarter, put respective FY in the place of 2013-14. Open the downloaded file with this password, and then convert the resultant file through the Excel converter utility downloaded from TRACES website. Then you can view the file in EXCEL.
