I have filed itr for ay13-14
my tds is less assessed by dept in the intimation
what should I do

Please check your Form26AS. In it all entries should be with Status of "F". If any entry in "U" or "O" status then those should be corrected by the TDS Deductor. So you have to intimate your Deductor about it and ask him to file appropriate Correction ETDS return.
