Yes,they have to. for details just go through section 192 to 194 of IT.

Induvudual & Huf are exempted from TDS deduction if there books of account are not liable to Tax Audit u/s 44ab. Once they are liable for audit then they will have to dedcut the tax as per section 192 to 194,

they are liable to deduct TDS if they are liable for audit u/s 44AB
