Please let me know whether we can issue form 16A for financial year 2007-2008 of date any of June-08.

yes you can issue

As per my knowledge the provision for the issuance of 16A is that it should be issued within 7 days from the end of two month from the financial year end i.e. date will be 7th June 2008. so the date should be before 7th of June 2008. But best is 3rd June, coz in any case by 7th of June it will be in the hands of deductee.
