Any one can tell me regarding a pvt ltd company gives a contract to a individual for interior decorator work he bring other person work done by them company paid to the contractor (individual) what is TDS Rate will applicable if work done by sub contractor.

02 February 2012 Here need to refer with the primary contract given to whom. since the interior decoration done by prime contractor for your company, he only going to get payment and billing,so need to deduct from interior decorator only.

Interior decoration will attract 10% u/s.194J
