TDS is applicable on reimbursement.
For Example - (1.) Mr. A Paying the Rent to Mr. B.after Deduction of TDS. and
(2.) same Property Mr.A give on Rental to Mr. C.
then Mr. C Paying the Rent to Mr. A ( as reimbursement) then TDS is applicable or not on Second Transaction ?
For Example - (1.) Mr. A Paying the Rent to Mr. B.after Deduction of TDS. and
(2.) same Property Mr.A give on Rental to Mr. C.
then Mr. C Paying the Rent to Mr. A ( as reimbursement) then TDS is applicable or not on Second Transaction ?

In Second case TDS is applicable as Rent include subrent or sublease.
