Tds deducted on service tax portion

24 January 2016 I have deducted TDS on service tax portion also now whether we can short TDS deduction on another bill and if qtr change then what to do ( if TDS retuen filing qtr Change) then whether can adjust TDS amount or not on service tax portion.
