Tds deducted by bank but bank do not have my pan no

29 September 2011 i have some FD's with SBI but bank do not have my PAN no. So they have deducted TDS @ 20% and also issue me the TDS certificate. Since the bank do not have my PAN no., the TDS deducted by them was not deposited against my PAN. Now my question is that how can i claim such Tds amount in income tax return, since my taxable income is nil & if i claim the said amount whether the Income tax deprt. will refund the same?
