Sir,
While requesting the TDS Consolidated statement i have only one deductee but they it is asking for ''Please provide distinct combination of PAN of deductee/collectee and Deducted/Collected Amount'' what do u mean by '' distinct combination of PAN of deductee'' can u give an example?

It means the deductee PAN and amount mentioned in return should match with the information provided by you.
If the form requires the details of more than 1 deductee and you have only one deductee. Then mention the same details twice. If it does not accept even after that, then contact NSDL help desk for remedy.
